I did not mean that they might continue to have power, but they have information that is relevant to Mr. Mercieca's work. He does not know whether they were shareholders even though they were directors. Does the regulator know whether they were shareholders?

Regina Doherty: I thank Mr. Mercieca. Turning to Mr. Hession and Mr. Quigley, are two arms of the State arguing with each other about which is responsible for paying or whether both are responsible? Is this where the legal action is going? According to the Department of Finance, the Attorney General has stated that the MIBI is not responsible, whereas another arm of the State is suggesting that it is.
