Catherine Noone: Should the sugar tax be extended? We are seeing results before it has even been implemented. Should it be extended to confectionery and high-sugar and high-fat foods? At this point, we can see the efficacy of the sugar tax in the fact that reformulation is happening on a grand scale. We heard much about that in the UK recently. Should we be heading down that road or is it too difficult?
