John O'Mahony: That surprises me, but I accept Mr. Kirwan’s answer. Does Mr. Treacy wish to talk about how this has been an ongoing issue? I recall raising the fact that Billy Walsh did not have a contract several years ago. Looking in from the outside over the past ten years, it seemed obvious there were issues that needed addressing. How did it get to this?
