At present, this special school, which deals with children with very complex needs and serious levels of disability, has only one permanent bricks-and-mortar classroom. Brian Stanley: I thank Mr Reid. In his opening statement he said the availability of skilled staff is a significant issue in mental health services. He said the demand outstrips the supply in the workforce and pointed to difficulties in trying to recruit. I have a couple of questions on recruitment and budgeting. What were the HSE's recruitment targets for each of the years 2020 and 2021?
