I am satisfied that the case of the person concerned has been fairly and comprehensively examined and, as such, it is not my intention to revoke the deportation order issued in respect of the person concerned.

The person concerned was naturalised on the 3 March 2005 and became an Irish citizen at that time. There is no provision for the granting of family reunification to adult family members of naturalised Irish citizens.
