Mary Butler: My question is on promised legislation. For the past three or four years, we have been promised legislation on wind farms. Recently, there has been a raft of planning applications for solar farms. There are no specific planning guidelines in place for these. We need to see them sooner rather than later.

I wonder why this allocation was so top-heavy in favour of Enterprise Ireland. Was that decision made to support indigenous businesses?
