Noel Rock: The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was signed by the Government in 2007. I, like the Tánaiste, am anxious that we fulfil our commitment in that regard and enact the Disability (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill as soon as possible. It passed Second Stage in February 2017 and I am curious about the progress that has been made on enacting it.
