David Stanton: The Tánaiste's previous Department had a unit called Balance for Better Business, which looked at the role of women in various organisations. I thank the Tánaiste said that the percentage of females in the Defence Forces is 12%. Is there a target to increase that?

I know the Department and the Minister are very much engaged in assisting and supporting veterans through the Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel-Óglaigh Náisiúnta na hÉireann, ONE, and other organisations.
