Mary O'Rourke: I am coming to that. If I want to sell my house, I can do so. It is my business. The same is true with regard to a petrol station. It is the owner's business to sell. We will come to the planning issue later as it was raised by somebody else. It is a separate matter. I hope we do not end up in a State where it is forbidden to sell private property.
