Michael Creed: To date, some 29,700 farmers have been paid a total of €106m under GLAS. GLAS payment has issued to over 80% of scheme participants entitled to a payment in the 2016 scheme year. Payments continue to be processed on an ongoing basis and will issue on a weekly basis as the remaining 7,236 cases are cleared for payment.
