Kieran O'Donnell: We will write to NBI and engage with it about this. We cannot have unintended consequences from a national roll-out such that there is a nationwide network but one of the last locations to get a broadband connection is someone living beside an existing blue area. That would be wholly unacceptable and would run contrary to what the intervention is all about.
