Mr. Beades said proposals were put by the then Minister for Finance to have a 30% to 50% haircut on mortgage debt and that this was to be in parallel with the bank bailout. Mr. Beades also said there were documents relating to this and that they could be viewed online. Can he copy them to the committee?...
