Michael McGrath: The fact that it took so long to identify the extra customers and the length of time it is taking to resolve cases do not inspire confidence in Ulster Bank's systems. That is particularly the case given the issues the bank has had with systems. We went through this the last time and I think the bank had something like five legacy mortgage systems.
