If an amendment to the motion is carried any other proposals would fall. Therefore, the amendment would have to fall for the proposals to be taken. Ciarán Lynch: I welcome the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Deputy Brendan Howlin, and his officials. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Freedom of Information Bill 2013 which was referred to the select sub-committee by Dáil Éireann on 3 October 2013. Is it agreed to conclude consideration of the Bill today?
