Bernard Durkan: I am sorry to interrupt the Deputy. I must bring it to his attention that the Ceann Comhairle has already ruled on this. The Deputy cannot name names. I do not wish to be unpleasant. I know what the Deputy is trying to do but he has sufficient latitude and is sufficiently experienced to be able to continue to talk to the matter without naming names and still have the same effect.
