Bertie Ahern: They are not taxation measures and are not required to be included in the budget statement. They are in the principal features of the budget. There are a number of issues in the principal features. The Minister for Health and Children outlined last night why these issues come up at budget time. They come up regularly at budget time and are included in a departmental estimate for next year.

Bertie Ahern: Video conferencing technology is used by members of my Department to reduce the amount of travel and time taken to attend meetings. My Department has video conferencing facilities in a number of locations in Government Buildings. These facilities are available for use by all members of staff.
