Richard Bruton: The assessment of means under my Department's student grant scheme is based on gross income from all sources, with certain social welfare and health service executive payments excluded. Richard Bruton: My Department remains supportive of the proposed acquisition by IT Carlow of a site in Wexford for the development of a new purpose-built campus .
