Charles Flanagan: At the end of last year 45 staff were in place. The Deputy will be aware that recruitment is ongoing with a view to having all 64 staff in place as soon as possible. It is a reasonable assumption to say that sufficient funds are available to allow that recruitment to take place. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities advisory committee is being established.
