Enda Kenny: There is no legislation in that regard, but this is a question of realigning services to deliver a better service. Obviously, the Minister of State with direct responsibility for rural development has been appointed. I am quite sure the Minister of State, Deputy Phelan, and the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government will have a particular focus on this issue.
