We will have more information because it has not been finally drafted yet, but I have been told that it relates to a debt relief programme for Somalia and Sudan and there may be a requirement for the payment in respect of that commitment to go from the Central Fund to the Central Bank. Seán Fleming: I think the figure of 288% was quoted by both of us in our opening speeches. The Opposition is proposing that the 288% be brought down to 36%, a reduction of 252%. Our legislation is proposing a reduction in the maximum rate of 240%.
