Eamon Ryan: My understanding is we are proposing to amend this list at Part 2(12) of the new Schedule 2 to the 1968 Act to add a reference to an offence under section 22, and not section 21 as in the published Bill, of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017. I think that covers that provision.
