Tommy Broughan: The Taoiseach mentioned the Economic Management Council. There have been massive cutbacks in the area of justice. Almost 400 gardaí have retired and we are heading towards having only 13,000 gardaí. We have lost 300 patrol cars and 30 Garda stations and ten stations, including a number in my constituency, are only open in the daytime.
