Michael Creed: The person named was approved into GLAS 1 with a contract commencement date of 1 October 2015. During the 2016 prepayment checking process an issue presented on the computerised crosscheck of Department databases.  Department officials have examined this issue and the application is now being further processed for payment in respect of the 2016 scheme year.

Michael Creed: An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received on 11th May 2016, thus incurring a 100% late penalty. An appeal was submitted and upon review it was decided to waive the penalty. The 2013 Single Payment scheme application submitted by the person named has now been processed.
