Kathleen Lynch: Deputy Troy's other compliment to the Minister related to when he was in charge of negotiations for the Irish Medical Organisation, IMO. The Deputy did not mention the other person who got the very bad deal at the other end, the current Fianna Fáil Party leader, who was the Minister responsible for health at the time.
