She does not know, for example, if the Department of agriculture is doing one thing and the Department of justice is doing another. Is her division doing any of that kind of work?

The Department has done this work and identified the life events and services, but how will it drive forward or inquire into how these services or life events could be digitalised or benefit from AI?
