Maurice Quinlivan: Ms O'Rourke mentioned there are 15,000 people waiting for an assessment of need and potentially up to 25,000 people. How much did she say 25,000 people would cost the State?

Maurice Quinlivan: If we divide €625 million by 25,000 it would be €26,000. This is my concern.
