Bernard Durkan: I support the point made by the Chairman and my colleague. Revenue can look back as long as it wishes, but the taxpayer can only benefit to a maximum of four years. It used to be different once upon a time, but we all support the concept that it is fair for everybody.

Bernard Durkan: A considerable amount of time has elapsed since the original scheme for Lough Funshinagh was abandoned, following judicial review or whatever the case was at the time. The case was taken by someone who did not live in the area at all. My concern is coming directly from people who live in my constituency.
