It may be the case that some of them are operating in a very fair way. There is no doubt that it is not a homogenous group. Is the Senator happy for us to conclude on that point?

Kieran O'Donnell: In answering Deputy Carey's very good questions, will the witnesses indicate whether they have made submissions regarding the pre-legislative scrutiny of the Bill to the Department of Transport, particularly in respect of the use of e-scooters, scramblers and quad bikes? I would like to know whether any such submissions have been made and, if so, what was in those submissions.
