Billy Kelleher: We have received some of the amendments at short notice. In the context of the amendments which were not discussed and are being introduced under the motion of referral I understand their primary purpose is to assist the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs in accessing information from the Health Service Executive and they do not provide for any other substantive changes to the Bill.
