Eamon Ryan: The one-stop shop is working now and the numbers are increasing. It was always going to take time. This is a medium-to-long-term initiative. Doing up your house is not a small decision. The benefit of a one-stop shop where you get trusted advice and are helped through the process is real. I do not see a disadvantage in there being contractors, be they subcontractors or contractors....
