Frances Black: As Ms Parsons says, it is quite complex so there are different levels. There is binge eating, anorexia, bulimarexia and many different pieces of it. Can the witnesses talk me through the process when somebody comes to them? Would it mostly be a family member bringing somebody or would somebody present by himself or herself because the person knows he or she has a problem and needs help?
