The previous Government failed to publish them and the current Administration is failing to publish them. When will they be published? Robert Troy: The Minister is running the risk of part of rural Ireland being totally isolated. If this goes ahead, there will be towns and villages the length and breadth of Ireland that will be left without public transport. It is the Minister's responsibility.

That is fine, and it is matching what Bus Éireann is doing, but Ms Graham is saying that a few months after the licence is awarded, a private operator can come in and tell her he is amending the service by reducing the number of towns being serviced, and she cannot refuse that person.
