John O'Donoghue: I only want to say that long-standing rulings of the Chair do not allow a question seeking to have a Supplementary Estimate introduced in respect of an issue. To do so would allow any question under the sun to be raised. I am allowing the Tánaiste to answer the Deputy's question.
