We had asked for a fully copy of the report but the HSE says there is only a slide presentation and that is the full extent of the report.

We spotted a wrong decimal point of a matter of 100 million in one of their letters - a part of our periodic report - and they have corrected the figures. We will publish a report next week and the correct figures will be in it.
