Shane Ross: I do not have the right document before me, but I believe I can answer the Deputy's question. There is a programme for Government commitment to provide €10 million. We are obviously working towards reaching that figure, but we are looking to the mid-term capital review to fulfil it. There is absolutely no backsliding at all.

It represents 80% of my overall budget, a large proportion of which is capital investment. Shane Ross: Carbon reduction expenditure was reclassified in a new column. Funding for the smarter travel initiatives was allocated under subhead B6, but I believe it is now included in subhead B8.

Shane Ross: It comes to the same amount. They were just reclassified. The carryover of the €4.6 million was due to delays to road projects, delayed roll-out of the drug testing programme and underspend on the national cycling network.
