Matt Carthy: I thank our guests for being here. As regards the IHRB, and extrapolating from what Mr. Grassick has told the committee, am I correct that he is satisfied that the structures and practices of the IHRB and its engagements with members of his association are up to the standard he would wish for?

Joint Oireachtas Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine: Alleged Issues in the Horse Racing Industry: Discussion (Resumed) (13 Jul 2021)

Matt Carthy: That is what I understood its role to be.
