Frances Black: It deals with all family members. I will make one other point, and I probably should not do this but I have known Jackie and Gwen a long time. They are sisters. It is their passion around the impact on families that drives this. It would not survive otherwise. The work they have done in helping thousands of people is off the Richter scale and it is their passion that drives it.
