Emmet Stagg: Deputy Martin's first contribution was supposed to be brief, but it was not. While we welcome the Fianna Fáil Party's new wish for consensus, having been in opposition for the past 15 years, I recall being told at Whips' meetings to take it or leave it. Fianna Fáil will get reform, regardless of whether it likes it.
