Gerry Horkan: Ms Buckley is sticking up for post offices, barber shops and bookshops. I am trying to tease out the issue. I have to speak on a Bill in the Seanad. We have a fairly good idea of the views of the witnesses from the summary. They are concerned about the proliferation of outlets, how gambling has traditionally been managed and that the more things go online the more underground they become....
