Rory O'Hanlon: It is not possible to do so arising from these questions. Deputy Higgins's question is purely statistical and poses a problem for the Chair, as it does for the Deputy. It would be better if these questions were submitted to the line Minister who would be in a position to deal with policy issues. This is a purely statistical question and it does not allow latitude to the Chair or the Deputy.
