If the organisation is not actively engaged in it, how does it monitor likely activities?

Patrick O'Donovan: It is clear from the Minister's presentation that the Internet Service Providers Association of Ireland has no role and is not legally responsible for content. The companies we will be dealing with in the coming weeks are. With respect, I think that is where the office should be.
