Mary Butler: Ms Regan struck me when she mentioned "learning while working and getting paid" and that could be the tagline for apprenticeships. It is brilliant and as Mr. Power said it is a career changer. Do the witnesses find that they have a much better work life balance and quality of life now? They probably have a weekend now that they never had.

My 13 year old daughter started there a couple of months ago and her favourite subject is technical graphics. I was absolutely blown away by that because she is an academic child.
