Enda Kenny: The Bill is awaiting Committee Stage. A number of amendments have been submitted. It is due to come to the House but those amendments are being drafted. I will give the Deputy an update on the work to conclude those amendments. It is due to come to the House for Committee Stage.

Deputy Martin raised three issues with regard to health. We have already pointed out the pathways leading to universal health insurance will be in the second half of the next Government.
