Mr. O’Sullivan stated: While the volumes of applications to the IPO have increased significantly, this did not materialise into significantly increased volumes to the IPAT until early 2023. I do not mean this in a derogatory way, but it sounds very like management consultant speak. My antenna went up because she mentioned that the Department had gone to an external resource for advice.
