During that period and notwithstanding the poor financial health of the bank, and we know we were going through a banking collapse, that committee or the board continued to make recommendations regarding bonuses and boomtime salaries to chief executives and exit packages.

If she puts herself forward for a position like this then she should be prepared to answer my questions. If she chooses not to answer then there is nothing that I can about it.

Timmy Dooley: It was. There was also a direction and request from the Department at the time that existing board members would not seek reappointment or election by the internal process of appointment. Ms Hynes was one of three who continued to hang on despite that.
