Pat Moylan: Before I call Senator Alex White, I again remind Senators of the need to turn off mobile phones when entering the Chamber. Switching them to silent mode is not enough as the Debates Office has informed my office that they interfere with the quality of recordings. They also affect the quality of televised material. I urge Members to turn them off completely.
