Pat Gallagher: Now that we have concluded statements, I have been in the House for many years and the sound of applause from the Visitors Gallery was never customary. However, this is not an ordinary debate but a very special one. I applaud and say, "Well done," those in the Visitors Gallery and all involved with the Traveller community for the dignified manner in which they have conducted themselves.
