I asked you earlier, Minister of State, whether you had an amendment. Anyway, no amendments were tabled apart from the two from Deputies Daly and Wallace.

Pat Gallagher: If I were to adhere to Standing Orders, we would be putting it to a vote or otherwise. The circumstances are extenuating. If the Minister of State proposes to withdraw it, then I will put it to the Minister of State that he should ask the Government Whip to convene a meeting of the Business Committee and decide on how we should proceed from here.
