Mary Coughlan: My Departments' offices in Castlebar, Dublin, Portlaoise and Wexford all provide hot food service for staff. These facilities are provided by private companies under a franchise agreement. The sourcing of food supplies is, of course, a matter for the franchise holders. However, I understand that all the meat is sourced from local suppliers.
