John Paul Phelan: Yes. Deputy Jan O'Sullivan is correct that I did not deal with all the amendments. Amendment No. 4 clarifies which properties the rate is to be levied on, that is, on relevant properties on the valuation list. This detail was omitted from the Bill, as published, and is now inserted to provide legal clarity. That is the purpose of amendment No. 4.
